4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with a purchased service, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the service purchase or delivery date.
Eligibility: The service must not have been fully rendered or accessed. Partial use of a service may result in a prorated refund based on the portion consumed.
Exceptions: Certain promotional offers, discounted packages, and third-party services are non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
